概述

The Protease Screening Kit provides you with a simple and quick method for testing your samples for proteolysis. Simply incubate your sample in the reagent provided and obtain results. The kit uses dye-labeled protein conjugate as protease substrate, which allows nanogram level detection. The absorbance of dye-labeled peptide is measured at 574 nm for determination of protease activity. The kit is sufficient for 50 assays in a micro well format. Application for screening samples for protease activity.
