概述

This product contains two components, Enhancer and Nano polymer HRP reagent. In immunohistochemistry experiments, it is used after incubation with the primary antibody. Firstly, add 1-2 drops of of Enhancer to cover the tissue, and incubated for 10 minutes at an optimal temperature of 20-35°C. Wash three times, each time for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then add 1-2 drops of Nano polymer HRP reagent to cover the tissue, and incubated for 10 minutes at an optimal temperature of 20-35°C. Wash 6 times, each time for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

应用

This product is well suited for a two-step immunohistochemistry procedure. And it is provided ready to use. This product reacts with rabbit and mouse immunoglobulins of all classes. Further dilution of this reagent or alteration of the incubation time or temperature may give erroneous results.

Specimens: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections as well as frozen tissue sections and cell smears.
