生工生物限制性内切酶分为两种:一类是常规的限制性内切酶,一类为快切的限制性内切酶,主要区别为酶切的速度。
常规的限制性内切酶酶切时间一般在2 h左右,里面附带的10× Single Buffer,在普通限制性内切酶进行双酶切时可以作为酶切buffer使用;
SpeedyCut 快切的限制性内切酶一般在15~30 min左右,在反应时间上大大缩短,节省了实验时间。所有的限制酶都适用于附带的 SpeedyOne 缓冲液,可在统一反应体系内任意组合双酶切,无需多次单酶切或更换酶切缓冲液。
注:进行双酶切时建议用同一公司同一系列的限制性内切酶,以防因公司或产品系列的不同双酶切困难
